This ability can be continuously improved as artificial intelligence increasingly works through machine learning. A mechanism that refers to the autonomous learning of machines without them having been programmed to do so.

Another striking example: in 2018, during municipal elections in Japan in the city of Tama (150,000 inhabitants), an artificial intelligence presented in the form of a robot won 9% of the votes cast.

In reality, even if these examples seem to show the contrary, artificial intelligence cannot replace political decision-making. In fact, it is and remains a data collection tool for political decision-making. Thus, no artificial intelligence would be capable of proposing measures to resolve the Russian-Ukrainian conflict or the yellow waistcoat crisis.
